Steve’s peers elected him as Bar Association President in Jefferson County and Kitsap County.  A real show of confidence and support from the legal community.

While Sally Olsen has been a Superior Court Judge for the past 19 years . . . Re-elected Five Times.  You just do not find this kind of wealth of experience with any law firm or Mediation | Arbitration service.

Steve was recently honored to receive the Kitsap County Bar Association Humanitarian Award for his volunteer work with Kitsap Legal Services (providing legal advice and representation to indigent clients), and Kitsap Dispute Resolution Center (as a Mentor Mediator and instructor).

Prior to becoming a Superior Court Judge, Sally had mediation training at Kitsap DRC. Over 19 years as a Superior Court Judge, Sally conducted hundreds of Settlement Conferences; helping thousands of parties resolve their conflicts. During that time she attended several mediation courses at the National Judicial College. This is the kind of Experience that counts

Sally is also the co-founder of Kitsap Canine Search Dogs, Sally has been honored by the Kitsap County Bar Association (2007 Humanitarian Award) and Washington State Search and Rescue (2019 SARVAC Leadership Award).

This husband and wife team are an integral part of our community. They are the ones who look after the well-being of its citizens.
